As with all farms, the work is never done, but it does bring a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. Here DJ gets shorn.

Meet new friends while helping us with our chores and spending time with the animals.

Bring tools, gloves and clothes that you can get dirty. Treats for the animals are always appreciated: carrots and apples are their favorites.

When:

We start at 10:00 am and end at 1:00 pm, when we stop for lunch and a roundtable discussion of any topic concerning animal welfare. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch. The work party dates can be found on almost every one of our web pages in the left column.
